Terms & data-accuracy notice
Version 2026-10-09
Using Neza
Neza is for people aged 18 and over who live in the UK. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Neza is not financial advice
Neza helps you organise and understand your own money. It does not give regulated financial, debt or investment advice, and nothing in the app is a recommendation to take out, move or repay any particular credit. For free, impartial debt advice, contact MoneyHelper, StepChange or National Debtline.
Data accuracy
Neza does not connect to your bank. Every balance, payment, debt and subscription comes from what you enter, so totals, plans and reminders are only as accurate as that information. Always check important figures, such as what you owe and when it is due, with your lender or provider. Reminders may not arrive if notifications are turned off or your phone is offline.
Fair use
Do not misuse the service, try to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
We work to keep Neza running and your data safe, but we cannot promise the service will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features.
Liability
We are not liable for decisions you make based on information in the app, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account). See the Privacy policy for what happens to your data.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
